Contact ISTEFAN CONSULTING LLC in Miami
Tell us what you are working on and we will follow up to arrange an initial conversation. There is no charge for that first call, and it is not a sales pitch. If your situation is not a fit for our practice, we will say so and suggest what might help instead.

How to reach us
Email is the fastest way to start: [email protected]. You can also write to our office at 321 NE 26th St, Unit 601, Miami, FL 33137. If you prefer a form, use the contact form on this page and include a short description of the situation. Either way, we usually respond within one business day.
The phone line is best for a quick scheduling question rather than a detailed brief. Anything substantive — a transaction, a lender conversation, a restructuring decision — reads better in writing first, and we will follow up with a call once we understand the shape of it.
First reply
Usually within one business day, Monday to Friday.
First conversation
About thirty minutes, at no charge, to see whether a fuller engagement makes sense.
What to include in your message
A few sentences are enough. What kind of business do you run, what decision or problem is in front of you, and what timeline you are working with. If a transaction, lender, or deadline is involved, mention it, because that changes how quickly we need to talk. You do not need to share confidential details in the first message.
- Your business and roughly how many people work in it.
- The decision or problem in front of you, in your own words.
- Any deadline, lender, or transaction date that sets the pace.
- How you prefer to be reached, and the hours that suit you.
Confidentiality
Anything you share with us is treated as confidential, including the initial inquiry. We are happy to sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement before detailed information changes hands.
Scheduling an initial call
Initial calls run about thirty minutes. We use them to understand the situation and decide together whether a fuller conversation makes sense. If it does, we will propose a scope and a fee. If it does not, we will tell you what we think you actually need, even when that means recommending someone else.
You write
A short note by email or through the form is enough to start. No preparation required.
We set a time
We offer a slot that fits your working hours, including early or late calls when you need one.
We talk it through
Thirty minutes on the situation as it stands, the constraints, and what a good outcome would look like.
You get a scope
If there is a fit, we propose scope and fee in writing. If not, we say so plainly.
Office location and visits
Our office is in Miami's Edgewater area, a short distance from Wynwood and the Design District. Meetings are by appointment. For clients outside South Florida, most of the work happens remotely, with in-person sessions scheduled when they add value, such as transaction meetings or working sessions with a full management team.

Working across time zones
We work with clients across the United States and in international markets, including Latin America and Europe. Calls are scheduled to fit your operating hours where possible, and we are used to coordinating between parent companies, US operations, and local teams in different time zones. If you need an early or late call, ask.
For a first conversation, tell us the city or region you operate from and the window that works. We will come back with two or three options rather than a single slot, so scheduling does not turn into a second negotiation.
Before you write
If your question is about accounting, tax filing, or legal representation, those are best handled by a CPA or an attorney. We are happy to work alongside them, and we often do. For consulting questions about strategy, performance, transactions, restructuring, or working capital, this is the right place to start.
Start here
- Strategy and growth planning
- Performance improvement and cost structure
- Transaction advisory and due diligence support
- Restructuring and working capital questions
Better handled elsewhere
- Bookkeeping, tax filing, and audit work — a licensed CPA
- Contract review and legal representation — an attorney
- Investment advice or securities brokerage — a registered advisor
We work alongside these professionals regularly, so a referral in either direction is normal rather than a dead end.
